I guess that most of you are familiar with the following setting in Windows 2008/R2:
Although I recommend you use a unique user for every person, most of my clients still use a single user to manage their servers (Domain\Administrator).
In Windows Server 2012 this setting is managed completely differently – using group policy (remember how to Disable UAC in Windows 2012)
Connect to your server, open ‘gpedit.msc‘, and go to the following location
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Connections
Here you will need to change a setting called ‘Restrict
Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services
session’ – just set it to disabled (if you want to disable it).
